The symbol derives from the earlier White Supremacist numerical symbol 88 (\u201cHeil Hitler\u201d). As with 88, White Supremacists sometimes combine 83 with the number 14 (the well-known \u201cFourteen Words\u201d), creating numerical expressions such as \u201c14\/83.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Some supporters of the White Supremacist Creativity Movement have also used this numerical symbol, claiming that it means \u201cHail Creativity,\u201d but this usage is
