The numbers 109 and 110 are White Supremacist numerical shorthand based on an antisemitic claim that Jews have been expelled from 109 different countries. Various antisemites have compiled lists of alleged Jewish “expulsions” ranging from 100 to more than 1,000. However, 109 is the figure most commonly cited and likely derives from a list of “109 locations” appearing on a lengthy Australian antisemitic website. There is no authoritative historical record of all countries that have expelled Jews, and numerous sources have identified such claims as #fakenews and as a baseless conspiracy theory unsupported by reliable evidence.
Antisemites frequently use this number to portray Jews as a malicious or harmful people, presenting this fabricated history as justification for their persecution and expulsion from numerous places. Antisemitic groups also use the number to call for the expulsion of Jews from the countries where they currently live.
The idea of 109 expulsions has also led to the frequent use of the number 110 by White Supremacists, generally implying that the United States, or another specific location, will be the next - and therefore the 110th place - to expel Jews. The number 110 is often combined with 1488, appearing together as the code “1488-110.” This code is frequently associated with members of the League of the South, a hardline White Supremacist organization.
